The Gearbelt Mechanic Web app allows collaborators to complete tasks such as inspection forms, work orders, issue repairs, and service forms. You can share access to the app directly with registered contacts or by sending a link via SMS. This makes it easier for collaborators to access their assigned work orders and submit the required forms.

Before you begin make sure you have the following:
Plan: All Plan Types
Permission: Gearbelt Contributor
Skills Required: Gearbelt Navigation
Device Type: computer/browser
Step-by-Step Instructions
Go to the Work Orders section under Management in the left-hand navigation menu and select Share Link.
Select an existing Sitemate user in your workspace or manually enter a mobile number.
Select Send.
The recipient will receive an SMS with a link that allows them to access assigned work orders and complete repair forms and schedule forms.
