The Gearbelt Mechanic Web app allows collaborators to complete tasks such as inspection forms, work orders, issue repairs, and service forms. By sharing the app with collaborators, they can access issues recorded for assets and submit repair forms to resolve them. You can share access with registered contacts in your workspace or by sending a link via SMS.

Before you begin make sure you have the following:

Permission: Gearbelt Contributor
Skills Required: Gearbelt Navigation
Device Type: computer/browser
Step-by-Step Instructions
Go to the Issues section under Management in the left-hand navigation menu and select Share Link.
Select a Sitemate user from your workspace or manually enter a mobile number.
Select Send.
The recipient will receive an SMS with a link that allows them to access issues assigned to them.
