The Gearbelt Mechanic Web app allows collaborators to complete tasks such as inspection forms, work orders, issue repairs, and service forms. By sharing the app with collaborators, they can access assigned schedule forms and submit maintenance checks directly through the web app. You can share access with registered contacts in your workspace or by sending a link via SMS.

Step-by-Step Instructions
Go to the Schedules section under Management in the left-hand navigation menu and select Share Link in the top-right corner of the register.
Select a recipient from the Sitemate users registered in your workspace or manually enter a mobile number.
Select Send.
The recipient will receive an SMS with a link that allows them to access assigned work orders and service forms.
