The Gearbelt Operator Web app allows collaborators to complete tasks such as inspection forms, work orders, issue repairs, and service forms. Sharing the app with collaborators allows them to access and complete assigned inspection forms directly through the web app. You can share access with registered contacts in your workspace or by sending a link via SMS.
Prerequisites
Before you begin make sure you have the following:
Plan: All Plan Types
Permission: Gearbelt Contributor
Skills Required: Gearbelt Navigation
Device Type: computer/browser
Step-by-Step Instructions
Go to Inspection under Management in the left-hand navigation menu.
Select Share Link.
Select an existing Sitemate user in your workspace or manually enter a mobile number.
Select Send.
The recipient will receive an SMS with a link that allows them to access and complete inspection forms.
