Viewing past inspections helps teams identify recurring issues, review maintenance history, and ensure equipment is operating safely. This information supports better maintenance planning and helps keep operations running smoothly.

Step-by-Step Instructions
Option 1 – Through Inspection Activity
Go to Inspections in the left-hand navigation menu under Management. You will be directed to the Inspection Activity section automatically.
Review the register of recorded inspection forms for the template and select the form you want to view.
Option 2 – Through Inspection Templates
Go to Inspections in the left-hand navigation menu under Management.
Select the Inspection Forms tab.
Select the relevant template you want to view inspection forms from.
Review the register of inspection forms recorded under the template and select the inspection form you want to review.
