How to view Inspection Records in Gearbelt Mobile Web

Learn how to view, search, sort, and filter inspection records for a specific asset in Gearbelt Mobile Web.

Written by Nina Yang

Gearbelt Mobile Web includes an Inspection Records register on every Asset profile. Mechanics can browse, search, sort, and filter inspection records linked to a specific asset, and tap any record to view it in the shared form-record viewer. This gives you a focused, asset-level view of all inspection activity without leaving your mobile workflow.

Prerequisites

Before you begin, make sure you have the following:

  • Plan: All Plan Types

  • Permission: Gearbelt Contributor

Notes
