You can export inspection records of a specific asset either from the Assets section or by the Inspection section
Export inspection records in CSV from Assets section
Go to the Assets section.
Select the specific asset you need to export inspection records for.
Go to the Inspections Records section.
Select the inspection records you need to export.
You can choose specific records, or tick the checkbox beside the column header to select all.
Click Download CSV.
Export inspection records in CSV from the Inspections section
Go to the Inspections section.
Use the filter in the Assets column to find the asset.
Enter the name of the asset, then click Apply filter. Select the inspection records you need to export. You can either select a few records or select it all by clicking the check box beside the inspection records column.
Click Download CSV.
Tip:
You can modify your exported data by adjusting the columns in the current register view. Click Edit Columns, and choose which column you need to be visible.
