Step-by-Step Instructions
Access the Assets section.
Select the relevant assets you want to export. To bulk select all assets, tick the checkbox next to the Asset column header.
Click Download to generate the export.
Download the CSV file, which includes all asset records currently visible in your register, with columns matching what you have enabled in Edit Columns.

Export reflects visible columns â The CSV export includes only the columns currently visible in your Assets register. To add or remove columns before exporting, click Edit Columns and toggle the fields you want included.
Available columns â Standard columns include Asset, Asset ID, Operator, Location, Last Location At, Asset Tags, Last Reading Hrs/Kms/Mil, Asset Type, Asset Category, Asset URL, Manufacturer, Model, Class, Year, and more.

How do I add or remove columns from my export?
Click Edit Columns in the Assets register, toggle the fields you want visible, and click Save changes. Your next export will reflect the updated column selection.
Can I export a filtered view of my assets?
Yes â apply filters in the Assets register before selecting and downloading to export only the assets that match your filter.
Who can export the Asset Register?
Any user with at least Gearbelt Contributor permission can export the Asset Register.
Can I export the Asset Register on mobile?
No â exporting is only supported on Gearbelt web.
What format does the export download in?
