Exporting your Asset Register from Gearbelt gives you flexibility in how you manage and use your data. You can share records with stakeholders who do not have Gearbelt access, back up your data for offline storage or compliance requirements, and review or filter asset data in bulk using tools like Excel or Google Sheets. It also allows you to use asset data in other systems, such as BI dashboards or maintenance planning tools, and print copies for on-site teams. This guide explains how to export your asset register.
