Exporting your Work Orders Register from Gearbelt lets you share, review, or analyse work order data outside the platform — useful for reporting, audits, or sharing with teams who don't have Gearbelt access.

Step-by-Step Instructions
Download the Work Orders Register as a CSV
Navigate to the Work Orders section.
Mark the checkboxes next to the work orders you want to include. You can bulk select using the tick-box next to the Priority column header.
Click Download CSV.
Download the Work Orders Register as a PDF
Navigate to the Work Orders section.
Mark the checkboxes next to the work orders you want to include.
Click the Download PDF icon and choose one of the following:
Register only — exports a PDF of the register rows only
Work order records only — exports each selected work order as an individual PDF record
Register and work order records — exports both
Register, work order records and attached records — exports the register, work order records, and any attached records

You can use the search bar and filters to narrow down your selection before exporting.
Export is only available on Gearbelt web — not on the Gearbelt Mobile App.
