Exporting your Inspection Register in Gearbelt allows you to easily share, print, or analyse inspection data outside the platform. This feature is useful for site meetings, client reporting, audits, or working with data in tools like Excel. It is designed for users who need flexible access to their inspection records.
Prerequisites
Before you begin make sure you have the following:
Plan: All Plan Types
Permission: Gearbelt Contributor
Skills Required: Gearbelt Navigation
Device Type: Computer/Browser
Step-by-Step Instructions
Navigate to the Inspections section.
Select the inspections you'd like to include in your export. You can bulk select them by selecting the tick-box next to the Created Date column.
Click Download CSV.
Notes
You can use the search bar and grouping options to narrow down your inspection search and selection.
You can export individual inspections as PDF by clicking on an inspection and selecting Download as PDF in the bottom right corner of the pane.
