Exporting your Inspection Register in Gearbelt allows you to easily share, print, or analyse inspection data outside the platform. This feature is useful for site meetings, client reporting, audits, or working with data in tools like Excel. It is designed for users who need flexible access to their inspection records.
Prerequisites
Before you begin make sure you have the following:
Plan: All Plan Types
Permission: Gearbelt Contributor
Device Type: Computer
Step-by-Step Instructions
Download the Inspection Register as a CSV
Navigate to the Inspections section.
Select the inspections you'd like to include in your export. You can bulk select them by selecting the tick-box next to the Created Date column.
Click Download CSV.
Download the Inspection Register as a PDF
Navigate to the Inspections section.
Mark the checkboxes next to the inspections you want to include. You can bulk select using the tick-box next to the Asset column header.
Click the Download PDF icon and choose one of the following:
Register only — exports a PDF of the register rows only
Inspection records only — exports each selected inspection as an individual PDF record
Register and inspection records — exports both

You can use the search bar and grouping options to narrow down your inspection search and selection.
