Exporting your upcoming Schedule Check Records in Gearbelt allows you to download a register of Schedule Check Records for sharing with team members, contractors, or clients. This export provides a quick reference outside the platform and can assist with planning site work, preparing for inspections, and maintaining records for reporting or compliance purposes.
Prerequisites
Before you begin make sure you have the following:
Plan: All Plan Types
Permission: Gearbelt Contributor
Skills Required: Gearbelt Navigation
Device Type: computer/browser
Subscription: Gearbelt
Step-by-Step Instructions
Go to the Schedules section.
Select the Schedule Checks tab.
Click Download CSV.
Notes
You can modify which columns appear in your register and adjust their order using the Edit Columns button.
You can also group your assets by schedule, location, or asset category.
Schedule Check record fields are included in register views, allowing you to export, sort, and filter by:
Created Date
Completed Date
Completed By
Work Order
Last Reading unit
Completed unit
