Exporting your upcoming asset Schedule Checks in Gearbelt allows you to create a PDF of your upcoming Schedule Checks that can be easily shared with team members or contractors who may not have access to the platform. This feature is useful for keeping a record of upcoming work, sharing schedules ahead of site visits, or using a printed copy on-site where connectivity may be limited.
Prerequisites
Before you begin make sure you have the following:

Permission: Gearbelt Contributor
Skills Required: Gearbelt Navigation
Device Type: computer
Subscription: Gearbelt
Step-by-Step Instructions
Access the Schedules section.
Select the Schedule Checks tab.
Select Download PDF to generate a PDF export of the upcoming schedule checks.
