Exporting a repair form as a PDF provides a clear and shareable record of the work completed by your maintenance team. This is useful for attaching to job reports, sharing with supervisors, or storing in maintenance records. A PDF export also supports compliance checks and can be referenced during audits or site handovers, even by people who are not using Gearbelt.
Prerequisites
Before you begin make sure you have the following:
Plan: All Plan Types
Permission: Gearbelt Contributor
Skills Required: Gearbelt Navigation
Device Type: computer
Subscription: Gearbelt
Step-by-Step Instructions
Navigate to the Issues section.
Select Repair Activity.
Select the repair form you want to export. This will open the form in a right-hand side pane.
Click Download as PDF.
Notes
You can export the Repair Activity and Issues Register as a CSV by navigating to the relevant tab (Issues or Repair Activity), selecting the required items, and clicking Download CSV.
