Exporting your repair activity as a CSV provides a structured record of all completed work in Gearbelt. This allows teams to review repair trends, track performance, and use the data in external reports or systems. Having the information in a spreadsheet also makes it easier to filter, analyse, and share for internal reviews, compliance checks, or warranty tracking.
Prerequisites
Before you begin make sure you have the following:
Plan: All Plan Types
Permission: Gearbelt Contributor
Skills Required: Gearbelt Navigation
Device Type: computer
Subscription: Gearbelt
Step-by-Step Instructions
Navigate to the Issues section.
Select the Repair Activity tab.
In the register of repair forms, bulk select or manually select the records you want to export.
Click Download CSV to generate the export.
Notes
You can modify the register columns to display, hide, or rearrange fields by selecting Edit Columns.
You can also group repairs by different parameters such as Asset, Form Name, or Form ID by selecting Group.
