Permission: Gearbelt Contributor
Skills Required: QR scanning
Device Type: Mobile Device

Step-by-step Instructions
Scan QR Code: Use your phone to scan the asset QR code.
Enter Mobile Number: Authenticate using your mobile number and create a free Sitemate user account.
Launch the Inspection: Tap the green "+" button and select an inspection form to start.
Complete the Form: Fill out the inspection form and click “Submit” in the top-right corner.
