You can complete an inspection directly from the asset profile in Sitemate Mobile by attaching photos, comments, and signatures, then submitting it so the record appears in the asset's history.

Step-by-Step Instructions
Using the Green Floating Action Button in the Activity Tab in the Asset Profile
Open the asset by scanning the QR code using Scan QR Code on the home screen or tap the asset in My Assets.
You are now in the Activity tab in the asset profile.
Tap the green floating button with the “+” icon.
Select the inspection form you want to use.
Complete the inspection record and tap Submit.
Using the Inspections Tab in the Asset Profile
Open the asset by scanning the QR code using Scan QR Code on the home screen or tap the asset in My Assets.
Tap the Inspections tab.
Select the inspection form you want to use.
Tap the green floating button with the “+” icon.
Complete the inspection record and tap Submit.
Notes
The submitted records will appear under the Activity tab and Inspections tab in the asset profile.
If you are offline, the inspection record will go to an upload pending state and will sync once you reconnect.
