The Gearbelt Mechanic Web app allows collaborators to access asset activities and complete tasks such as work orders, schedule forms, and repair forms directly from their mobile device. Access to the app is provided through a shared link sent by a workspace administrator, allowing collaborators to quickly open the web app and begin working on assigned assets.

Permission: Gearbelt Contributor
Skills Required: Gearbelt Navigation
Device Type: computer/browser
Step-by-Step Instructions
Ensure your Gearbelt workspace administrator has shared access to the Gearbelt Mechanic Web app with you.
Open the SMS invitation you received on your mobile device.
Select the link in the message.
Select the relevant asset.
You will be redirected to the asset activity page, where you can access assigned work orders, schedule forms, or repair forms.
