What is the Lite Workspace?
When you sign up for a self-serve trial, you start in the Lite Workspace — a simplified version of Dashpivot designed to help you get productive quickly. It includes a starter workspace with example content, AI Templates, AI Form Fill, and core modules like forms, activity feed, and photos.
Does my trial include all features?
The Lite Workspace includes the core features most users need to get started. Some advanced features — including multiple folders, cross-team navigation, reporting, and analytics — become available when you switch to the full workspace.
Can I add my own logo and branding during my trial?
Yes, you can upload your logo and set your brand colour. Learn how
Can I invite other users during my trial?
Yes, you can invite team members from Settings → Team members. Free trial workspaces support a limited number of users, so you can get your core team involved right away. If you need more seats, upgrading to a paid plan removes this limit
Can I use analytics on my trial?
Analytics tools are available after switching to the full workspace.
Are there form templates that I can use?
Yes — you can use AI Templates to generate a template from a plain-language prompt, or browse the public library of free templates. Learn more
Alternatively, you can build your own using the drag 'n drop template builder, or convert existing Word, Excel, or PDF documents into digital format automatically — contact us via livechat if you'd like help with that.
What happens at the end of the trial?
After 30 days, you'll have the option to subscribe to continue using Dashpivot. You won't be charged any subscription fees unless you subscribe.
How do I switch to the full workspace?
You can switch at any time from the Quick Start home page, by upgrading to a paid plan, or through Company Settings. The switch is permanent and your existing data carries over unchanged.
Do I keep my trial data when I upgrade at the end of the trial?
Yes. All data from your trial — including your starter workspace, forms, templates, and completed work — carries over when you upgrade or switch to the full workspace. Nothing is deleted or reset.
What payment options do you have when the trial finishes?

Is there any option to extend my trial?
