Switching to the full Dashpivot workspace unlocks everything hidden in Lite Workspace mode, including multiple folders, cross-team navigation, reporting, analytics, and the full module set.
There are several ways to switch to the full workspace. Choose the option that works best for you.
Your existing data stays exactly as it is. Switching to the full workspace is additive — your starter folder, forms, templates, and completed work all carry over. Nothing is deleted or reset. The switch is also permanent.
Step-by-Step Instructions
Option 1 — Use the in-product switch prompt
For most users, this is the fastest way to switch.
Look for the discovery banner on the Quick Start home page or the Switch to full button in the top navigation

Confirm the switch in the modal
Your workspace updates immediately.

Option 2 — Upgrade to a paid plan
Upgrading to any paid Dashpivot plan automatically switches your workspace to full mode.
Option 3 — Switch using Company Settings
A workspace super-admin can manually enable the full workspace.
Go to Company Settings
Open Feature Access
Enable the full workspace setting
Option 4 — Contact Dashpivot support
If you can’t access any of the options above, contact your Sitemate Account Manager or contact our Live Chat and the team can switch your workspace manually.
What changes after switching?
After switching to the full workspace:
Cross-folder navigation appears in the sidebar
Advanced features become available, including analytics, actions, advanced forms, and photo selection
All team members in the workspace gain access to the full feature set
Note: The Quick Start home page remains available after switching. Some actions shown in Lite mode — such as adding a form — will no longer appear, as those require working within a Team.
Your existing Lite Workspace content remains unchanged.
Frequently asked questions (FAQ)
Can I switch back to Lite Workspace mode?
No. Once a workspace has been switched to the full Dashpivot workspace, it can’t be changed back. If you’re unsure whether to switch, contact Sitemate Support.
Will my team members lose access when I switch?
No. All invited team members continue to have access and will automatically gain access to the newly unlocked features.
I upgraded to a paid plan, but my workspace still looks like Lite Workspace mode
Try refreshing your browser first. If the workspace still hasn’t updated, contact Sitemate Support and include the email address linked to your account.
