Dashpivot forms are how your team captures and manages records on site — from daily reports and inspections to timesheets and method statements. To create a form, you select a template and click Add. Once the form is open, you can fill it in manually or use Storm AI Form Fill to automatically populate fields from voice recordings, photos, and typed notes.

Permission:
Home Folder – Org Member (or higher)
Team Folder – Team Member (or higher)
Skills Required: Dashpivot
Device Type: computer

Step-by-Step Instructions
Navigate to the Home or Team folder where you want to create the new form.
Select the Templates tab at the top of the folder view.
Click the relevant template you want to use for the form.
Click the green Add button in the top-right corner to create the form.
Complete the form fields and save or submit the form.
