Before You Start
AI Form Fill must be enabled for your workspace.
Capture your observations on site first — voice notes and photos work best as inputs.
If referencing a previous ITC or hold point record, make sure both forms are in the same Dashpivot folder before running AI Form Fill.
How to Do It
📱 On Dashpivot Mobile
Open your ITC form in Dashpivot Mobile.
Tap the Storm button at the bottom of the form to open the AI Form Fill canvas.
Tap the microphone and record your inspection findings — include what was checked, the result (pass/fail, conforming/non-conforming), and any observations.
For example: "Reinforcement spacing confirmed at 200mm centres, cover checked at 40mm minimum — conforming. No non-conformances observed."
Attach photos of test results or site conditions using the photo icon.
Tap the green arrow to submit.
Review the draft Storm generates, make any corrections, and submit as normal.
💻 On Dashpivot Web
Open your ITC form in Dashpivot.
In the Storm AI Form Fill canvas at the bottom of the form, record your findings or type them out.
Attach photos or relevant documents (e.g. test certificates, permits) using the paperclip icon.
Click Fill ↑.
Review the draft, make any corrections, and save or submit manually.
