Gearbelt registers — including Inspections, Issues, Schedule Checks, and Work Orders — let you filter records by column to quickly find what you need. You can apply filters to one or more columns at a time. For columns backed by a list-sourced dropdown, the filter displays the available list options as selectable choices, so you don’t need to type values manually.
