How to Add or Update Your Profile Photo in Dashpivot Mobile

Learn how to set or update your profile photo in the Dashpivot Mobile app and how it syncs across Dashpivot Web and Sitemate Mobile.

You can set or update your profile photo directly in the Dashpivot Mobile app. Once updated, your photo syncs across Dashpivot Web, Dashpivot Mobile, and Sitemate Mobile.

Prerequisites

  • Plan: All plan types

  • Permission: All permission levels

  • Device: Mobile or tablet

  • Subscription: Dashpivot

  • App version: Dashpivot Mobile 26.7 or later

Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Open the Dashpivot app and go to the Profile tab. The screen header reads Profile and Settings.

  2. Tap the camera button on the edge of your profile photo circle, above your name.

  3. The camera opens — take your photo.

  4. Tap Use Photo to proceed, or Retake to try again.

  5. Adjust the image if needed (flip or rotate), then tap Choose.

Your photo syncs across Dashpivot Web, Dashpivot Mobile, and Sitemate Mobile.

Limitations

  • The flow is camera-only — there is no option to upload an existing photo from your device gallery.

  • There is no option to delete your photo from within Dashpivot Mobile. You can only retake or replace it.

Frequently Asked Questions

Why hasn't my profile photo synced across apps?
If your photo isn't syncing, check that your phone number matches across both Dashpivot and Sitemate. If the issue persists, fully log out of the app, close it, then sign back in.

Where does my profile photo appear?
Your profile photo belongs to your Sitemate profile and appears across Dashpivot Web, Dashpivot Mobile, and Sitemate Mobile.

Can I upload a photo from my gallery instead of taking one?
No. The current flow is camera-only. Uploading from your device gallery is not supported at this time.

Can I delete my profile photo?
Deleting a profile photo is not currently supported in Dashpivot Mobile. You can replace it by taking a new photo.
