What is your Global Sitemate Profile?
Your Sitemate profile (as seen in the Sitemate mobile app) is a single, global profile that connects you to all Sitemate products — including Dashpivot, Flowsite and more — so you don’t need separate logins for each tool.
How changes to your Sitemate profile affect other tools
Any profile update you make in the Sitemate app — like your name, company, profile photo or signature — will automatically sync across all Sitemate products you use, including Dashpivot and Flowsite.
Important: Deleting your Sitemate profile
Deleting your profile will remove access to all Sitemate tools you’re connected to (e.g., Dashpivot and Flowsite).
If this happens accidentally, you’ll need to be re-added to Dashpivot by your company Admin, which also creates a new Sitemate profile.
Manage your profile photo in Dashpivot forms
If you don’t want your Sitemate app profile photo to show on forms in Dashpivot:
Your company’s Dashpivot Admin can go to the Header/Footer Editor in the template and remove the “Form creator and creation time” field.
Or you can change the photo in your Sitemate app, and it will update across all connected products.
