This article shows you how to update your profile details in the Sitemate App, including your name, company, profile photo, and signature. Editing your profile ensures your personal and company information is up to date across the Sitemate ecosystem (such as Dashpivot and Flowsite). This applies to all users of the Sitemate mobile app who need to update their profile information

Before you begin make sure you have the following:
Plan: Standard
Permission: Logged-in Sitemate App account
Skills Required: Sitemate App
Device Type: Mobile device with Sitemate App installed
Subscription: Sitemate Mobile App access
Step-by-Step Instructions
Open the Sitemate App on your mobile device.
Tap Profile in the bottom navigation bar.
To edit your First name, Last name, or Company, tap the pencil icon next to the relevant field.
Update the field as required.
To change your profile image, tap Edit profile photo.
To update your signature, tap Edit signature.
Your changes are saved and applied to your Sitemate profile.
Note:
If you do not see the changes after following the steps:
Ensure you log out and log in again to refresh the data.
Verify that the mobile app is updated to the latest version available in the app store.
