Your Sitemate profile, as seen in the Sitemate mobile app, is a single global profile that connects you to all Sitemate products. Signing up is quick and requires you to verify your phone number, enter your personal details, and set up your Digital ID with a photo and signature. You can install the app directly from iOS or Android, or you will be prompted to install it when you scan a Sitemate QR code.

Step-by-Step Instructions
Install the Sitemate mobile app.
Open the app and begin the sign-up process by entering your details.
Enter your phone number.
Send the SMS activation code when prompted.
Enter your name. This will be displayed on your Digital ID.
Enter your company name.
Add a photo to your Digital ID. To skip this step, wait a few seconds for the Skip button to appear and select it.
Add your signature for your Digital ID.
Once complete, open and use the Sitemate app.
Note:
Any profile update you make in the Sitemate app such as your name, company, profile photo or signature will automatically sync across all Sitemate products you use.
You can skip the photo step and continue using Sitemate to submit forms, but you will not be able to use the Sitemate ID without a stored photo. The photo is used to generate a Sitemate ID, which allows the person scanning to visually verify that the person standing in front of them is who they claim to be.
Users can update or delete their profile photo at any time, so they remain in control of their data.
