The Show Activity feature on Dashpivot Web lets users see a full history of changes to a form — including who made edits, when edits were made, email interactions, and the current version. This helps teams track amendments and increases transparency when managing form records. This guide is for Dashpivot Web users who need to review form change history.

Prerequisites
Before you begin make sure you have the following:
Plan: All plan types
Permission: Org Member (or higher) for Home Folder forms; Team Member (or higher) for Team Folder forms
Skills Required: Dashpivot
Device Type: computer
Subscription: Dashpivot
Step-by-Step Instructions
Open the form you want to view the activity for.
In the top right-hand corner of the form, click Show Activity.
To inspect changes between form versions, select Edited under the user’s name to reveal the specific changes.
When finished, click Hide Activity to close the activity panel.
