Procurement tracking is the process of monitoring the supply of materials, equipment, and services across projects. By connecting Dashpivot procurement forms to Power BI through Flowsite, teams can automatically consolidate purchase orders and site requests into live dashboards for real-time visibility over spending, supplier activity, and inventory status.
How it works
Flowsite transfers data from Dashpivot procurement templates — such as Purchase Orders and Site Requests — into Power BI on a scheduled basis. This data is structured into procurement and supplier dashboards that update automatically, giving teams a centralised view across projects without manual reporting.
Key features
1. Procurement spend overview
Monitor total spend by supplier, cost code, project, or date range in a single dashboard.
2. Purchase order tracking
Track the status of purchase orders — including quantities ordered, delivered, and outstanding — across all active projects.
3. Supplier performance visibility
Filter and compare supplier data to identify trends, delays, or cost variances over time.
4. Site request register
Consolidate site requests from field teams into a live register with filtering by item, requestor, location, and date.
5. Inventory status
Track stock levels, usage, and movement with low stock and overstock indicators built into your dashboard.
