How to Connect Non-Conformance Tracking in Dashpivot to Power BI - Flowsite

Learn how to connect Dashpivot ITP/ITC forms to Power BI through Flowsite to track Non-Conformance Reports, corrective actions, and compliance performance in live dashboards.

Written by Nina Yang

Non-conformance tracking is the process of identifying, documenting, and resolving work, materials, or processes that do not meet project specifications or standards. By connecting Dashpivot ITP/ITC forms to Power BI through Flowsite, teams can automatically consolidate Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) into live dashboards for real-time visibility over open issues, corrective actions, and compliance performance.

How it works

Flowsite transfers NCR data from Dashpivot ITP and ITC templates into Power BI on a scheduled basis. This allows teams to monitor non-conformance status, track corrective actions, and identify recurring issues across projects — without manual data exports.

Key features

1. Consolidated NCR register

View all non-conformances from multiple ITP/ITC templates in a single Power BI dashboard, with status, location, responsible party, and corrective action details.

2. NCR status tracking

Monitor open, in-progress, and closed non-conformances with visual indicators and trend graphs across projects and trades.

3. Corrective action monitoring

Track corrective actions and associated costs to identify recurring issues and support continuous improvement.

4. Photos and attachments

Access photos and supporting documentation uploaded in Dashpivot directly from your Power BI dashboard.

5. Custom filters

Filter non-conformance data by work activity, location, status, date range, or inspector to focus on specific issues or project areas.
