How to Integrate Dashpivot ITP Forms with Flowsite for Non-Conformance Tracking

Learn how to integrate your ITP Dashpivot forms with Flowsite to automatically create a non-conformance tracking register.

Written by Nina Yang

This integration allows you to capture, manage, and report non-conformance issues from your inspections in one centralized, structured system.

Non-conformance tracking is the process of identifying, documenting, and resolving work, materials, or processes that do not meet project specifications or standards. These issues are recorded as Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), including details such as the issue, responsible parties, corrective actions, and closure status.

What you can do with this integration:

  • Centralize NCR records – Automatically store and structure all NCRs in Excel for easy tracking and auditing

  • View photos and attachments – Access uploaded images and files directly from your records

  • Filter and sort data – Use Excel filters or slicers to organize NCRs by work activity, location, status, date, or inspector

  • Track corrective actions and costs – Monitor actions and associated costs to reduce recurring issues

  • Track non-conformances across ITPs – Capture NCRs from multiple ITP/ITC forms in one unified register

How to set up the integration

  1. Connect Dashpivot to Flowsite

    • Log in to Flowsite

    • Select Connections from the top navigation

    • Scroll to view available integrations

    • Click Connect on Dashpivot

    • Enter your Dashpivot login details when prompted

    • Confirm the connection once authenticated

Tip: Configure your Dashpivot data correctly to avoid errors in your Excel file.

  2. Create your flow

  3. Configure your Excel file

    • Select or create the Excel file for your non-conformance register

    • Map key NCR fields (e.g. issue description, location, responsible person, status, date) to Excel columns.

  4. Test the workflow

    • Submit a sample ITP form with a non-conformance and confirm it appears correctly in Excel
