Archiving or deleting a Schedule in Gearbelt allows you to manage outdated or unused Schedules effectively. Archiving removes the Schedule from active use while keeping it accessible for reference. Deleting permanently removes the Schedule from the archive view.
Prerequisites
Before you begin make sure you have the following:
Plan: Pro
Permission: Gearbelt Contributor
Skills Required: Gearbelt Navigation
Device Type: computer
Subscription: Gearbelt
Step-by-Step Instructions
Go to Management in the left-hand navigation menu and select Schedules.
Select the Schedules tab.
Choose the schedule you want to archive.
Click the Archive button and confirm when prompted.
To permanently delete the schedule, go to the Archive view.
Select the schedule plan you wish to delete.
