Bulk editing issue statuses in Gearbelt allows teams to update multiple issues at the same time. This is useful after inspections or repair work when several issues need their status updated. Instead of editing each issue individually, you can quickly update them in bulk to keep your records accurate and ensure your team has the latest information.
Prerequisites
Before you begin make sure you have the following:
Plan: All Plan Types
Permission: Gearbelt Contributor
Skills Required: Gearbelt Navigation
Device Type: computer
Subscription: Gearbelt
Step-by-Step Instructions
Navigate to the Issues section. You will be directed to the Issues tab by default.
Select the checkbox next to the Severity column to select all items in the register.
Click Archive Selected.
In the pop-up window, confirm the archive action.
Click Save to apply the changes.
