Prerequisites

Before you begin make sure you have the following:

  • Plan: All Plan Types

  • Permission: Gearbelt Contributor

  • Skills Required: Gearbelt Navigation

  • Device Type: Computer

  • Subscription: Gearbelt

Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Navigate to the Issues section. You will be directed to the Issues tab by default.

  2. Select the checkbox next to the Severity column header to select all issues in the register.

  3. Click Archive Selected.

  4. In the pop-up window, confirm the archive action.

  5. Click Save to apply the changes.

Why is my Gearbelt register showing old records after a bulk action?

Stale rows appearing after a bulk action (for example, a bulk status update) were a known bug. This has now been fixed. Gearbelt registers now correctly reflect the updated state once a bulk action completes.
