You can bulk archive multiple issues at once in Gearbelt — useful after inspections or repair work when several issues need to be closed off together. This guide walks you through the steps.
Prerequisites
Before you begin make sure you have the following:
Plan: All Plan Types
Permission: Gearbelt Contributor
Skills Required: Gearbelt Navigation
Device Type: Computer
Subscription: Gearbelt
Step-by-Step Instructions
Navigate to the Issues section. You will be directed to the Issues tab by default.
Select the checkbox next to the Severity column header to select all issues in the register.
Click Archive Selected.
In the pop-up window, confirm the archive action.
Click Save to apply the changes.

Why is my Gearbelt register showing old records after a bulk action?
Stale rows appearing after a bulk action (for example, a bulk status update) were a known bug. This has now been fixed. Gearbelt registers now correctly reflect the updated state once a bulk action completes.
