When managing a large number of lists in Dashpivot, it can be difficult to manually scan through them to find the one you need.

To make this faster and easier, Dashpivot includes a search input within the Lists Library module. This search function matches the search functionality in Templates, allowing you to quickly locate specific lists without manually reviewing each one.

Prerequisites

Before you begin make sure you have the following:

  • Plan: Any Dashpivot Plan

  • Permission:

    • Home Folder - Org Controller (or higher)

    • Team Folder - Project Controller (or higher)

  • Skills Required: Dashpivot

  • Device Type: computer

  • Subscription: Dashpivot Web

Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Go to the Home Folder or Project Folder in Dashpivot Web.

  2. Navigate to the Lists Library module.

  3. Locate the Search input at the top of the List module.

  4. Enter the name or relevant keyword of the list you want to find.

  5. Review the filtered results displayed in the list view.

  6. Click on the list you want to open.
