Managing list property columns in Dashpivot Web allows you to customise the additional data fields associated with each list item. Property columns can store structured information such as text, numbers, dates, and expiry dates, helping you maintain accurate and standardised records across your workspace.

Before you begin make sure you have the following:

Permission:
Home Folder – Org Controller (or higher)
Project Folder – Project Controller (or higher)

Step-by-Step Instructions
Go to Home Folder > List Library in Dashpivot Web.
Open the list whose property columns you want to manage.
Select the three dots (⋯) at the top right of the property column you want to adjust.
Choose one of the available options:
Move column left/right — rearrange the position of the property column.
Insert column left/right — add a blank property column where you can then enter a name and data type.
Delete column — permanently remove the property column from the list.
