Open an existing list.
Click the Download icon at the top of the Items column.
Notes
Uploading of excel files (.xls or .xlsx) are not supported, only .csv files are accepted. This is a common format, which can be downloaded from Excel, Google sheets and most other software platforms.
Existing list items will be overwritten if you re-upload.
Uploading a CSV file with no colour column, will add all list items with default colour 'none.'
Incorrectly formatted cells in the CSV file will be uploaded blank unless resolved prior to upload.
Downloading the list will include all items and associated property types, along with links to attachments on Dashpivot. Additionally, hex codes representing colours corresponding to each list item will be included in the download.
