Dashpivot Web allows users to attach supporting documents directly to form submissions. Attachments are included as part of the form or template data.

Dashpivot supports the following file types for attachments:
PDF (.pdf)
Excel (.xlsx, .xls, .xlsm) (Paid plans only)
CSV (.csv) (Paid plans only)
Plan Availability: Free Trial users can upload and download PDF files, but Excel and CSV attachment support is only available on Paid plans. Files can be uploaded in forms, templates, tables, and Site Diaries across both Web and Mobile platforms.
Step-by-Step Instructions / How It Works
Open a form or template in Dashpivot Web or Mobile.
Use the Add File button at the bottom of the form or template.
You can also add supported files:
Within tables using an Attachment column
In Form Attachments
In Template Attachments
In Site Diaries under the Attachments section
Select your file and upload it as part of the submission.
Limitations or Alternatives
Password-protected or encrypted PDF files cannot be uploaded.
Unsupported file types such as Word documents, image files, or other spreadsheet formats are not currently supported.
If needed, unsupported files can be converted to PDF before uploading.
Tip: Tools such as Adobe Acrobat, as well as free online tools, can be used to remove passwords from PDFs before upload.
