The Pass/Fail/NA field in Gearbelt allows you to build inspection forms that automatically prompt issue creation when a “Fail” response is selected. When an operator selects “Fail,” they can instantly create an issue with a title, severity, and additional details. These issues are automatically saved and displayed the next time to help prevent duplicates. This guide explains how to configure the field and how it works in the Gearbelt Operator Web App.
