Can I revert to a previous form version?

Dashpivot Web keeps a version history for each form as it’s edited and saved. In some cases you may want to go back to a previous version of that form.

Direct Answer

It depends — you cannot revert a form to a previous version yourself in Dashpivot Web. The Sitemate Support team can assist with reverting a form version for you, but there’s no self-serve option in the app.

How It Works

  1. Open Dashpivot Web and sign into your workspace.

  2. Start a Live Chat with the Sitemate team:

    • Click the Live Chat button.

    • Select Send us a Message.

    • Type “Talk to a person” and send.

  3. Provide support with the details they ask for:

    • A link to the specific form or form details (template name, who created it, folder location).

    • Which previous version you want to revert to (see how to find the version number).

Limitations or Alternatives

  • No in-app revert tool: You cannot choose and restore an older version yourself within Dashpivot Web.

  • Version info: You can view version numbers and history using the “Show Activity” or version tracking features as reference before requesting a revert.

  • Support dependency: Reverting relies on Sitemate Support, so include as much detail as possible when contacting them to speed up the process.
