Dashpivot Web supports five list property types: Text, Number, Date, Date Expiry, and Attachment. Each lets you attach a specific kind of information to items in a list.
The available property types are:
Text: Used for entering and displaying alphanumeric data. Multi-line values with line breaks display consistently in the list grid, form list property cells, and the register view — not only while editing. Indentation is also preserved, so hand-made bullet lists remain readable across all views.
📓 Note: Form PDFs retain line breaks but collapse indentation
Number: Allows entry of numerical values only.
Date: Select from a calendar dropdown to insert a date
Date: Expiry: Used specifically for highlighting expiration dates including traffic light colour coding and the option for email notifications.
Attachment: Used for attaching PDF documents (Individual file size limit: 50MB)
