What list property types are available?

Learn which list property types are available in Dashpivot Web, including Text, Number, Date, Date Expiry, and Attachment.

Written by Adriana De Souza

Dashpivot Web supports five list property types: Text, Number, Date, Date Expiry, and Attachment. Each lets you attach a specific kind of information to items in a list.

The available property types are:

  • Text: Used for entering and displaying alphanumeric data. Multi-line values with line breaks display consistently in the list grid, form list property cells, and the register view — not only while editing. Indentation is also preserved, so hand-made bullet lists remain readable across all views.

📓 Note: Form PDFs retain line breaks but collapse indentation

  • Number: Allows entry of numerical values only.

  • Date: Select from a calendar dropdown to insert a date

  • Date: Expiry: Used specifically for highlighting expiration dates including traffic light colour coding and the option for email notifications.

  • Attachment: Used for attaching PDF documents (Individual file size limit: 50MB)
