Analytics dashboards on Dashpivot Web allow you to display, track, and review form data using charts and widgets. Dashboards help teams monitor trends, identify issues, and gain insights from completed forms. Dashboards are created on Dashpivot Web and update automatically as new form data is submitted.

Prerequisites

Before you begin make sure you have the following:

  • Plan: Standard

  • Permission: Org Controller or Project Controller

  • Skills Required: Dashpivot

  • Device Type: Computer

  • Subscription: Dashpivot

Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Go to the Analytics section in Dashpivot Web.

  2. Select Dashboards.

  3. Click Create Dashboard.

  4. Enter a name for the dashboard.

  5. Select the templates you want to report on.

  6. Choose the folders the dashboard should report on.

  7. Select Create to generate the dashboard.

  8. Add charts or widgets to the dashboard as required.

Notes and Tips

  • Dashboards update automatically as new forms are completed.

  • Multiple templates can be included in a single dashboard.

  • Dashboards can be edited to add, remove, or rearrange charts.
