Analytics charts in Dashpivot allow you to visualise structured data captured in your forms as graphs. These charts are created within dashboards and update in real time as your team submits data. There are three chart types β€” quantity, frequency, and ratio β€” that help teams track different metrics, trends, and comparisons without manual spreadsheets or reporting work. This article walks you through creating an analytics chart in your workspace.

Prerequisites

Before you begin make sure you have the following:

  • Plan: Any Plant Types

  • Permission: Team Controller or Project Controller (for team folder charts) OR Org Controller (for Home folder charts)

  • Skills Required: Dashpivot analytics

  • Device Type: Computer

  • Subscription: Dashpivot

Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Open the dashboard where you want to add a chart.

  2. Click Add Chart in the top right corner of the dashboard.

  3. Select the type of chart you want to create (Quantity, Frequency, or Ratio).

  4. A blank chart will be created β€” it’s ready for configuration.

  5. Click the x in the top right to exit and save your chart.
