How It Works
A user’s permissions (e.g., Org Controller, Team Member, Visitor) determine what data they can access within a workspace.
If you’re an Org Controller in one workspace, you’ll see all company data and templates there.
If the same user is a Team Member in another workspace, they’ll only see the specific data (e.g., templates, forms, photos) in the folders they’ve been invited to in that workspace.
