Ongoing Submission Sitemate Links give anyone access to submit multiple forms for one or more templates via the Sitemate app — without needing a Dashpivot account.
This works well for processes like machine and vehicle pre-starts, enabling all of your operators to complete pre-starts electronically via the free Sitemate app and submit their information directly into your Dashpivot account. You'll end up with a detailed register of all pre-start records, automatically stored and easy to search and filter.
📓 Please note: while the Sitemate app is free to download and install, setting up an Ongoing Sitemate Submission Link for pre-starts will mean that the people submitting pre-starts will become Sitemate Paid Users. These users do not have access to Dashpivot — they only use the Sitemate app to submit pre-starts into your Dashpivot account.

How to create an Ongoing Submission Sitemate Link for Pre-Starts
Go to the team folder where you want your pre-starts to be submitted
Go to Users
Click the Sitemate Paid tab
Click the Sitemate Links tab, then click Create Link
Give your link a name and select your pre-start template
Click Create
Note: if you don't have a pre-start template yet, there are many free pre-start templates available in the Public Template Library for vehicles, plant machines, and other equipment.
You can include multiple pre-start templates for different machines, vehicles, and plant in a single Sitemate Link — so when someone clicks or scans the QR poster, they'll gain access to fill out forms for multiple templates. This is handy if you have a fleet of plant or a range of machines.
Once created, distribute the Sitemate Link to the relevant personnel so they can start submitting pre-starts.
How do I get workers to submit the Pre-Starts?
Send your newly created link to the relevant people. There are two options:
Copy the link and send it as a URL, e.g. via email or text message
Download a QR code poster, which opens the link when scanned with a smartphone. Stick this on the wall of your site or office, or directly on the vehicle, plant, or machine
When someone clicks the link or scans the QR poster, the pre-start template will be added to their Sitemate app and they will become a Sitemate Paid User.
