How to access Markup Options
Open the form that contains the PDF you want to markup.
Click on the PDF attachment to open it.
Select the markup tools from the toolbar (such as draw, text, arrow, or highlight).
Add your annotations directly onto the PDF.
Save or close the PDF to retain your markups.
Common use cases
Permits: Markup underground drawings of services and utilities.
Inspection Reports: highlight damages or areas that need extra attention.
