Safety Reports are formal records used to document and monitor safety-related activities, observations, and incidents across worksites. These reports may include daily safety inspections, toolbox talks, hazard reports, incident reports, PPE compliance checks, and corrective actions. By integrating Safety Reports with Power BI using Flowsite, organisations can automatically consolidate safety data into real-time dashboards for improved visibility, compliance, and reporting.
Benefits of Integrating Safety Reports into Power BI provides the following benefits
Centralised safety records – Store and manage all safety reports in one organised location.
Improved accuracy – Reduce manual data entry and minimise reporting errors through automated data transfers.
Custom reporting – Create tailored dashboards, summaries, and filters for different projects, teams, or sites.
Audit-ready reporting – Maintain structured and traceable records for compliance and inspections.
Trend analysis – Monitor recurring safety issues, hazards, and overall safety performance over time.
Key Features of Safety Checklist Reporting
Real-time insights – Instantly visualise checklist completion rates, safety observations, and trends.
Improved accountability – Track who completed each checklist, submission times, and outstanding actions.
Custom dashboards – Monitor safety performance across teams, projects, locations, or reporting periods.
Audit-ready reports – Automatically generate structured reports for compliance reviews and inspections.
Trend monitoring – Identify recurring hazards, non-compliance issues, and areas requiring corrective action.
Note: Flowsite can automatically transfer and consolidate Safety Checklist data into Power BI dashboards to support live reporting and ongoing safety monitoring.
