How to Deploy Multiple Schedules on Gearbelt

Learn how to deploy multiple schedules so assets automatically receive the correct maintenance checks

Written by Nina Yang

Deploying schedules in Gearbelt allows you to automatically assign maintenance or inspection schedules to assets that meet defined conditions. Instead of manually attaching schedules to each asset, you can create a deployment rule that matches assets based on attributes such as category.

This is useful when multiple schedules must apply to the same asset group, such as assigning both an Excavator Schedule and a Fire Extinguisher Schedule to excavators. This guide explains how to deploy multiple schedules to assets using deployment rules in Gearbelt.
