Step-by-Step Instructions / How It Works
Click on the photo to open the photo modal.
At the top of the modal, view the Referenced in X forms section.
Scroll through the right-hand panel to see form thumbnails organised by template.
Click any thumbnail to open that form in a new tab.

Form thumbnails display according to the template’s thumbnail settings (showing the first four fields).
