Updating your profile in Dashpivot Web allows you to keep your contact details and time settings current. This helps ensure you receive important notifications and that your account reflects the correct time zone. Plan: All Plan Types
Permission: Atleast Team Member
Skills Required: Dashpivot Navigation
Device Type: computer
Subscription: Dashpivot
Step-by-Step Instructions
Update your mobile number
Log into Dashpivot Web.
Click your name in the top-right.
Select Edit Profile.
Update the Mobile Number field.
Click Save Changes.
Change your time zone
Click your name in the top-right.
Select your Time Zone from the dropdown.
Click Save Changes.
Change a user’s first or last name
Currently, you can’t update your own (or another user’s) first or last name in Dashpivot Web. If you need a name updated, contact us via Live Chat and we’ll assist.
