Gearbelt allows users to configure notifications for compliance documents that are approaching their expiry date. These notifications help ensure important documentation remains valid and up to date by alerting users before expiry. This feature is useful for teams responsible for asset compliance management who need visibility of upcoming document expirations.
Prerequisites
Before you begin make sure you have the following:
Plan: All Plan Types
Permission: Gearbelt Contributor
Skills Required: Gearbelt Navigation
Device Type: computer
Subscription: Gearbelt
Step-by-Step Instructions
Go to Settings.
Click the Notifications tab.
Select the Compliance tab.
Enter the email address that will receive compliance expiry notifications.
Set the Compliance Notification Rules.
Select the type of compliance you want to receive notifications for.
Set the number of days before the expiry date to trigger the notification.
Click Save.
