Hiding fields for PDF exports in Dashpivot lets you control which form fields appear in the exported PDF. This helps you tailor PDF outputs for specific audiences or purposes by excluding irrelevant or sensitive information. The feature is available when exporting form PDFs on Dashpivot Web.

Prerequisites

Before you begin make sure you have the following:

  • Plan: All Plan Types

  • Permission:

    • Home Folder – Org Member (or higher)

    • Team Folder – Team Member (or higher)

  • Skills Required: Dashpivot

  • Device Type: Computer

  • Subscription: Dashpivot

Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Go to Templates in your Home or Team folder.

  2. Open the template you want to configure.

  3. Click Edit Template.

  4. Select the field you want to hide in PDF exports.

  5. In Field Settings, tick Hide in Form PDF Exports.

  6. Click Save to apply the changes.
